I've ordered from Joe previously and this time I made a switch to try the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, I enjoy a good light roast and this one doesn't disappoint. I normally use it for espressos and the occasional pour over.

Clearly, you know what you like. I'm very happy that you are enjoying that delicious coffee.
