We endeavor to ship your order one day from the time it is received. Everything ships (Monday through Friday) from ZIP code 60555, Warrenville Illinois. We will use the shipping information you provide. Please ensure it is correct when you place an order: Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost or delayed orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manner.

All shipping is via UPS or USPS. Any order received after 10am Eastern Time on Friday will be either roasted or shipped on the following Monday. We are closed on all major holidays (New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received before or during an observed holiday will be processed and or shipped after.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Dragon Fire Coffee Roasters is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.

We ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those addresses, please contact us.
