Returns Policy 

Coffee and Accessory Returns:  

We pay for shipping if you are not completely in love with whatever you purchase from us. If you are not completely happy with whatever you purchased from us, please call us at 630-728-8919 and request a refund. We will ship/email a return label to you. Upon receiving your returned product, we will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the product. 

Once we receive your return package it will be inspected, and a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 days (about 2 weeks) for your refund to be issued. Also, please be sure to package the item in the same way you received it. If you would like to use your own shipping method to return the item, please make sure to insure it for the value of the refund you are expecting. If the shipment arrives at our warehouse damaged, we may not be able to give you a full refund.
